Terms of Service

Welcome to Wave (Claims AI, Inc. d/b/a Wave)! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website (buildwithwave.com), apps, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Wave, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

To use Wave, you must create an account. Company admins can invite team members to join their organization.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring your team complies with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Wave is offered as a paid subscription. Fees are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (currently Stripe).

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring payments until you cancel.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse Wave. Specifically, you may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or models.
• Use the Service to build or train a competing product.
• Use Wave in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful ways (e.g., insurance fraud).
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Share access outside of your company without permission.

Wave uses AI to help generate job estimates. While we strive for accuracy, estimates may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming estimates before relying on them. Wave is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete estimates.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You fail to pay subscription fees.
• We discontinue the Service.

You may stop using Wave and request account deletion at any time, provided you are not bound by any additional terms such as a separate contract, service agreement, or ongoing obligation with us.

Wave and all related content, software, and branding are owned by Claims AI, Inc. d/b/a Wave or our licensors.

You retain ownership of any project data you upload but grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Service.

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party tools (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments). We are not responsible for their practices or availability.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wave and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we'll post a notice on the Site or contact you directly. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
