Wave is built for users in the United States only. We don't currently offer services to users in the European Union or other regions outside the U.S. Your data is stored in secure U.S. data centers through our cloud providers.

Wave is for users 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it quickly.

The Site may link to other websites or use third-party tools. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are important, we'll post a notice on the Site or contact you directly. Using the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
